I’ve seen firsthand how the right outfit can shift your confidence, shape your presence, and even open opportunities you never imagined.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had the privilege of growing both small and global brands, guiding them through moments of great success and seasons of challenge. My greatest joy is helping others see their vision come to life - translating creativity into growth, and goals into reality.

Away from work, my heart belongs to my family - my husband, Tyler, and our son, Henry. My showroom, H|L, carries Henry’s initials as a quiet tribute to the energy, curiosity, and inspiration he brings into my life every day.
